| About the Spanish Courses in Argentina |
1. Enrolment
1.1) The registration process will not be started until the deposit of USD 100 or the full amount of the program is accredited into our bank account. Espanex will not be responsible for bank charges; these must be covered by the student.
1.2) Espanex will give notice of the receipt of the deposit by email, and will confirm the enrolment in the Spanish immersion program.
1.3) Participants must show that they have medical insurance for the duration of the Spanish program. If not, they must sign up for appropriate insurance.
2. Cancellations
2.1) If the student decides to cancel his/her program and he/she paid the advanced payment or the total amount of the program, Espanex will pay back 100% of the deposit, minus the amount of the advanced payment (USD 100) and all transaction fees generated by the operation.
2.2) Cancellations will only be considered valid if they are sent by email to  , or by fax.
2.3) Once the Spanish program has begun, refunds are not possible. Spanish programs begin with the first service provided by the organization.
2.4) Espanex will not be held responsible for cancellations due to chance occurrences, illness, good reason or personal reasons. Each case will be reviewed individually.
3. Prices
3.1) The prices of our programs are published on our web page, www.espanex.org. Prices are valid from 1st January 2008 till 31st December 2008 and replace any previous figures.
3.2) Other requested services (language courses, insurance, accommodation search, special offers, etc.) must be paid for at least 3 weeks before the start of the program.
3.3) The prices of our programs have been calculated in order to give the participant the highest standard of service, and therefore no type of alteration or discount is possible.
3.4) Promotions and special programs are offered as complete packages (without possibilities of any modifications in the content) on specific occasions and are subject to availability. In case they include more of a service, these can not be contracted separately. In these cases the payment of the total of the program in advance is indispensable.

| About the Internships in Argentina |
1. After reading about our internship program in the web-site, you have to tell us about you, which internship you are interested in and why; moreover, if you have had any other internship or working experience, we would like to know about it as well.
2. In order to register in the internship program, you must make a deposit of USD 100 in advance (at least 4 weeks before starting the internship). The rest of the total fee must be paid cash once you get to our offices. In all cases, the transference cost must be paid by the intern or the student.
3. Once we have received your Application Form, Espanex will start for the search of the company that best matches your interests. They will make an evaluation of your conditions and will decide on your inclusion only if your professional profile adapts to their requirements. Espanex will inform you about this result via e-mail. Please bear in mind that the final decision is made by the company.
4. The deposit will not be refunded if you do not take the program once you have already requested it. However, if the company's conditions change once you have received the confirmation, and in case we fail to find a new vacancy, you will be returned 100% refund of your money (minus the transference cost).

6. The first day in Buenos Aires you will have a welcome and immersion class. Then, you will have a meeting with the company in charge of your internship program. Our suggestion is to arrive in Buenos Aires a few days before so that you can get to know the city and its attractive places.
7. The first week is an adaptation period to the internship program. If you decide to cancel it for personal reasons, not deriving from the company's functioning, your money will not be refunded; on the other hand if the company decides to cancel it, Espanex will find a new place for you to continue with the program. If we fail to find a new place after 1 week, you will make up for the time you lost without any cost.
8. Espanex is not responsible for any fatal or natural incident that may interrupt the internship; therefore the money will not be refunded.
9. You are responsible for all the arrangements concerning your trip to Argentina, obtaining your visa and a medical insurance in our country. You should also consider the corresponding vaccines if necessary and any other expenses you may need for the program such as food, means of transport, recreation, accommodation, etc. Remember that all these services are also provided by Espanex if you need them.
10. Espanex offers different accommodation options if you need it for your stay during your internship program.

12. Once you have finished the practice, you will receive a certificate issued by the company you worked for.

Arrivals and Departures
For all the programs, participants must arrive at their accommodation at least one day before the start of Spanish classes and leave at the end of their program. It is possible to extend the accommodation period by a few days, subject to an additional fee.
Holidays
Classes are not given on the public holidays listed on the web page and will not be rearranged. The school will be closed on the following dates: 01/01, 20/03, 21/03, 02/04, 01/05, 16/06, 09/07, 18/08, 08/12, 25/12.
Espanex Commitment
For programs with group classes, if it is not possible to find other students with the similar level, Espanex is committed to respect the hour load corresponding to the acquired course and it did not compensate with individual hours.
