Our groups have a maximum of 5 students per class and the average for the Spring and Autumn months is 2/3 students per room.
On the first day of your Spanish course you take a short test so that we can place you in the most suitable group. The test lasts 30 minutes and is followed by an oral evaluation by our director of studies.
Our programs are organized into 3 levels:
› Basic I & II › Intermediate I & II › Advanced I & II
Course Levels
Basic level: The student can manage simple, every day and tourist situations. Also in work contexts or trainings, the linguistic performance is minimal.
Intermediate level: The student can get by with a certain fluency in academic and work situations, although s/he might hesitate in some unfamiliar contexts.
Advanced Level: The student uses Spanish comfortably in a wide range of daily situations. He expresses himself fluently and correctly in work and academic environments, even in specialist activities.
In every level we concentrate on Grammar and Communication, spoken and written.
Espanex Certificate
At the end of your Spanish course you have the opportunity to take a final exam so that you can see the progress you have made and you will be presented with a certificate of the corresponding level and a progress report, from your teacher, which will outline your development in the course and the steps you can take in order to improve further.
Information on our certificate will include the student's details, the length of the course, the level of Spanish and the number of hours the student was present in class.
The main aim of our Spanish courses is to develop the communication skills of our students. Through our vast experience of teaching Spanish we have learnt that the best way to achieve this is by giving the entire class in Spanish and offering our students numerous opportunities to learn Spanish language and practise it.
We not only want them to understand Spanish but to enjoy using it!
Although oral expression and comprehension is of great importance in class, written expression and comprehension, grammar and vocabulary are not sidelined.
In order to reach our goals, we maximize our many resources: video/DVD, reading comprehension y listening comprehension, work experience, accompanied outings, real life situations, computer programs, speech analysis, and role plays.
