1. Students must be 18 years old or be duly authorized by their parents.

2. Students registered as "Residents" and/or "MERCOSUR" must provide supporting documentation upon their enrollment or on their first course day.

3. The MERCOSUR category correspond to students who can certify being citizens of any of the countries belonging to the MERCOSUR.

4. Students are considered Residents when:
a. They posses Argentine Identity Card
b. They posses a Resident's Visa

5. All students must complete a written placement test to be sent by mail or e-mail in order to establish their level.

6. The fee corresponding the Spanish course must be paid in whole at least 15 days prior to the course commencement date.

7. In the case of courses cancelled at least fifteen working days before the commencement of courses, the course fee shall be returned discounting the amount of USD 100 as cancellation fee.

8. No reimbursement shall be made in case of cancellations made less than 15 days in advance.

9. Housing arrangements shall be made upon paying the amount of USD 30.- (non refundable) as administrative fee. This amount must be credited 15 days before guests arrive at their corresponding Family House. The balance must be paid in Buenos Aires.

10. Housing and transfer costs must be paid at the University Language Center, in cash, on the date course are started.

11. No payments shall be reimbursed if students decide to shorten their stay.

12. Cancellations will be considered valid if made by fax to (+54 11) 5238-3000 or by e-mail to internacionales@cui.edu.ar after receiving answer from the Institution.

13. The University Language Center is entitled to postpone the beginning of courses for up to two days and such postponement shall not be considered as change of date or cancellation. All postponed classes will be re-scheduled.

14. Classes not given due to national strikes or by reason of force shall not be recovered.
