ENROLLMENT
1.1) The deposit can be paid into our bank account. Espanex will not be responsible for bank charges; these must be covered by the student.
1.2) Espanex will give notice of the receipt of the deposit by email, and will confirm the enrollment in the spanish immersion program.
1.3) Participants must show that they have medical insurance for the duration of the spanish program. If not, they must sign up for appropriate insurance.

CANCELATIONS
2.1) In the event that payments are not completed, reservations will be cancelled, Espanex will retain the deposit (US$200) and will apply its cancellations policy.
2.2) All money returns carry an administration fee of 10% of the money to be returned.
2.3) Cancellations will only be considered valid if they are sent by email to registration@espanex.org, or by fax, telegram or letter. In each case the reductions which correspond will be applied.
2.4) Once the spanish program has begun, refunds are not possible. Spanish programs begin with the first service provided by the organization.
2.5) Espanex will not be held responsible for cancellations due to chance occurences, illness, good reason or personal reasons.
2.6) The deposit will be withheld if a cancellation is made 3 weeks before the start date of any of our spanish programs.
2.7) If a cancellation is made less than 3 weeks before the start date of the program, the deposit will be withheld and a penalty of 25% of the cost of the program will be charged.

PRICES
3.1) The prices of our spanish courses, special spanish courses and spanish immersion programs are published in our web page, www.espanex.com. Prices are valid from 1st January 2006 till 31st December 2006 and replace any previous figures.
3.2) Other requested services (language courses, insurance, accommodation search, special offers, etc.) must be paid for at least 3 weeks before the start of the program.
3.3) The prices of our programs have been calculated in order to give the participant the highest standard of service, and therefore no type of alteration or discount is possible.
3.4) Promotions and special programs are offered as complete packages (without possibilities of any modifications in the content) on specific occasions and are subject to availability. In case they include more of a service, these can not be contracted separately. In these cases the payment of the total of the program in advance is indispensable.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
For all the programs, participants must arrive at their accommodation at least one day before the start of spanish classes and leave at the end of their program. It is possible to extend the accommodation period by a few days, subject to an additional fee.

HOLIDAYS
Classes are not given on the public holidays listed in the web page and will not be rearranged.
The school will be closed on the following dates: 01/01, 13/04, 14/04, 04/05, 25/05, 19/06, 09/07, 21/08, 16/10, 08/12, 25/12.

HOURS REDUCTION
For group class programs, if it is not possible to place the participant with other students of the same level individual classes can be given but with a reduction in teaching hours.
