This is a program by which the consumers' rights of the foreign student in Cordoba are protected. It is coordinated by Agencia Cordoba Turismo, Casa del Ciudadano (both Institutions belong to Cordoba Government) and all the registered Spanish Schools for foreigners.
What is it about?
It is a program through which the foreign student who has been a victim of any purchase, service or failed article, has the possibility of making the corresponding claim to the Spanish Institute or School they belong to, not being necessary to do it somewhere else in a foreign city or country. It is also applied in case the terms or conditions were not respected. The claim is made at the School or Institute in three different forms. If it is necessary the student can make a phone call to Casa del Ciudadano, so as to know how to write the claim, or to know whether the student should make the claim there or at the police station. The claim is taken to the Casa del Ciudadano and in 48 hours the school and then the students are given an answer.
In order to make the claim, it is compulsory to present the ticket, or voucher that certifies the purchase.
Which are the reasons and benefits of this program?
› For the students: It is a simple procedure. It can be done at the school where they are doing the Spanish course, internship or the volunteer program.
› For the School or Institute: It is a simple and easy way of offering the student a solution to his/her problem.
› For the Agencia Cordoba Turismo and Casa del Ciudadano: The memory of the student's visit to Cordoba must be the best one and if he had any type of problem, he was offered the best and fastest solution to his situation.

| Incentives program: 'Study Spanish in Cordoba' |
This is a program which offers benefits to the students of Spanish in Cordoba. The students who study 4, 5 or 6 consecutive weeks in Cordoba will enjoy the benefit of this program by means of special discounts or presents in different shops.
The discounts are as follows:
If you study Spanish in Cordoba for 4 weeks: up to 5%
If you study Spanish in Cordoba for 5 weeks: between 5 and 10%
If you study Spanish in Cordoba for 6 weeks between 10 and 20%
At present the following shops / businesses have the Incentive program in Cordoba:

› Souvenirs or Regional Shops
› Restaurants
› Cinemas
› Digital Photography Shops
› Dental Centres
› Gymnasiums
